Will my dog actually play with it?
Every dog is different. Introduce the ball in a familiar, open space and give your dog time to sniff and investigate. Keep the first play session short and supervised.
Does it work on carpet and grass?
The ball moves best on smooth floors and low-pile carpet. Thick rugs, uneven surfaces and tall grass can slow it down.
How long does it play on one charge?
Playtime varies with the surface and use. Recharge with the included USB cable when movement slows, and follow the instructions included with your ball.
Is it safe for my dog?
Always supervise play. This is not a chew toy. Choose a ball your dog cannot swallow, inspect it before use and put it away if your dog starts chewing it.
